今年8月15日，搭乘中欧班列（蓉欧快铁）的第一批白俄罗斯进口牛肉，历时13天，运抵了成都青白江国际铁路港。至此，白俄罗斯——成都的肉类冷链运输新渠道全面打通。成都人的餐桌上，又多了一份来自白俄罗斯的鲜货。

2013年4月，蓉欧快铁正式开通运行。如今，已开行线路16条，形成了南北中三线并进格局，贯连欧亚大陆主要节点城市。

阿拉木图是哈萨克斯坦最大的交通枢纽，前首都、哈萨克斯坦第一大城市，也是唯一一个人口超百万的城市，有“南方首都”的美称。

8月22日，成都至阿拉木图的直达班列正式开行，预计将在8天后抵达目的地。这是继去年成功测试后，成都首次采取直达方式开行阿拉木图线路。阿拉木图是蓉欧快铁中线的过境节点城市。直达班列的开行，必将使得两座城市的联系越来越紧密。

2012年，四川科伦药业股份有限公司合资成立科伦KAZ药业有限公司，在阿拉木图工业园区投资建厂，并于2014年建成投产。截至到2016年，公司累计取得了哈萨克斯坦40多个产品的生产批文并全部实现生产销售。2016年9月，成都市外侨办率工作组赴阿拉木图成功举办了“PANDA成都走进哈萨克斯坦——成都文化风情展”，展示了成都美食和民俗文化！此外，成都新都家具协会曾在阿拉木图市设立成都家具（阿拉木图）展销中心。”
